Jessica became a partner of Kuffel Law, LLC in 2024. Jessica is deeply passionate about family law and is a skilled litigator at aiding families through challenging divorces and financial hardships. With a focus on advocating for the best interests of children, Jessica serves as a Guardian ad litem in divorce and parentage cases. Additionally, Jessica is a certified mediator, facilitating constructive resolutions for families facing disputes.
Jessica’s practice extends to various areas including adoption, guardianship, orders of protection, cases involving the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), and drafting contracts for alternative reproductive technologies. Beyond Jessica’s legal work, she is dedicated to contributing to the legal community. She served as the past president of the DuPage County Justinian Society of Lawyers and currently sits on the board of the DuPage County Bar Association. Jessica has been a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star since 2017.
Outside of Jessica’s professional endeavors, she find solace in reading, immersing herself in music at concerts, and cherishing quality time with her family and beloved dog, Dolly.
